Chanting helps to quiet the mind and provides a way back to our center. Like the quiet space between the in–breath and the out–breath, the stillness that arises out of chanting leads one easily and naturally into meditation.
Vocal or musical experience is not necessary to Experience the Joy of singing with others. Check the calendar page for dates and locations of group kirtan and chanting events.
In health and peace,
Rick

– Rumi
